Shipping Policy

 

We offer free shipping throughout Hong Kong and Macau for any online purchases. Shipments are made via SF Express.

 

Note: 

  • If stocks are damaged, transformed, broken, rotten, lost or any condition changes due to long distance delivery which is out of our control, the responsibility does not belong to us and we do not bear any legal responsibilities. The buyers have to undertake the risk of mail lost or damaged during the delivery process.
  • If customers do not provide the correct accurate mailing address on purchase and the delivery is delayed or lost, we will also charge customer all the charges incurred without any legal responsibilities and boundaries.
  • No deliveries will be made to any P.O Box address
  • We are unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.

 

Delivery Schedule

Hong Kong: 2-5 working days.
Macau: 3-10 working days.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may take extra working days.
